The first event in our series of 'REAL Co. Labs' happened this week and IT WAS A SUCCESS!
We got together with a fantastic bunch of people at Seed Library in Shoreditch, for an afternoon of collaboration and conversation on a topic very close to our hearts - The Art & Science of Fermentation.A huge thank you to everyone that came along and made the day so enjoyable.
There were some brilliant minds in the room and we truly appreciate the interest and enthusiasm shown by all!Shout out to our excellent speakers, David Begg, Guillermo Alvarez Schulenburg, Ryan Walker, Johnny Drain and Neil Rankin as well as our top class host, Adrian Hodgson and of course the one and only Jack Sotti for helping to make it all happen.
We're on to planning the next one but in the meantime, we'll be sharing plenty of content from the day for those that couldn't make it.
