Anyone who tuned into Great British Menu 2024 will no doubt have admired the incredible skill of Kirk Howarth, this year's winner.
Kirk is a leading figure in British plant-based cookery, with a vision for revolutionising the genre. He's been perfecting his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world for almost two decades.
We're extremely proud to have worked with Kirk on his main dish 'THE FEAST OF FARAH' developing with him an electrolyte drink that has the perfect balance of hydration. The meal was designed as the ultimate “night before the Olympics” dish for multi-gold medal-winning athlete, Sir Mo Farah.
Kirk's next venture is to open Plates London, a plant-based restaurant in Shoreditch offering a new spectrum of flavour. Already set to be a success, when bookings opened the deluge of interest crashed the website, with more than 70k people trying to book a table!
