We’re thrilled to be launching our first red Sparkling Tea, Tiger Hill, named after the highest mountain in Darjeeling. Using winemaking techniques, the rich, fruity second flush is blended into a floral, fermented first flush tea in our Fermentery on the Waddesdon Estate. A festive limited edition, Tiger Hill is currently fermenting and will be bottled and sent at the beginning of December. Pre-order now, we’re expecting this to go quickly!
