The first of its kind, a delicious, lightly sparkling red. Made using both first and second flush Darjeeling tea. 

We’re thrilled to be launching our first red Sparkling Tea, Tiger Hill, named after the highest mountain in Darjeeling. Using winemaking techniques, the rich, fruity second flush is blended into a floral, fermented first flush tea in our Fermentery on the Waddesdon Estate. A festive limited edition, Tiger Hill is currently fermenting and will be bottled and sent at the beginning of December. Pre-order now, we’re expecting this to go quickly!

A great pairing with winter vegetables, roasted poultry, savoury tarts and quiches.
