Hope Bachelor + REAL Drinks

The REAL summer collaboration is here! Kick off this weekend with a delicious meal created by MasterChef contestant Hope Bachelor, paired with REAL Peony Blush, perfect to get an evening started.

I'm Hope Bachelor. I'm a self taught cook, and I was a knockout week finalist on MasterChef. I love to create dishes that have lots of layers of flavor and also look beautiful. For me we eat with our eyes and making sure a dish looks as beautiful as it tastes can be a piece of art.

So today I'm going to prepare a roasted red pepper salad on an open fire. Going to be with some burrata, a toasted nut, and mixed herb pesto, and it's going to be washed down with a beautiful glass of this real drinks peony blush.

Ingredients:

2 x whole peppers
Mixed nuts
Basil
Corriander
Parsley
Garlic
Parmesan
Olive oil
Chili
Honey
Burrata

    Directions:

    1. First up, you're going to put your whole peppers onto the fire. Leave them to char and blister then move off the direct heat to soften. Next, we're going to make the pesto.
    2. Toast your mixed nuts on the open fire. Place those along with some basil, coriander and parsley into a blender, then add garlic, parmesan, olive oil and salt. Blend that until you've combined it into a beautiful pesto. To finish off the peppers, remove the charred exterior and deseed. Lightly oil your barbecue and then place the peppers on to color.
    3. For the hot honey, slice up garlic, chili, and pour in some honey. Then place onto the barbecue to warm up. And then we're ready to plate. Start off with your roasted red peppers, a drizzle of hot honey, followed by the roasted nuts pesto, a sprinkling of herbs, and a beautiful burrata to finish off. This dish pairs perfectly with the real peony blush.
    4. It cuts through the creaminess of the burrata and complements the herby pesto. This pairing is perfect to kick start your weekend with a burst of flavor and fun. Here's to delicious food, creative energy, and unforgettable moments.
